Data Consolidation (with Excel VBA)

Rule:
If column # of worksheet # 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 matches with column # of worksheet # 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ,
then populate column # of the first worksheet with column # of the second worksheet.

(Note: put categorical values in double quotes.)
